Situated on the stunning, seventeenth-century UNESCO World Heritage Singelgracht just minutes away from famed Vondelpark, SUSHISAMBA Amsterdam brings the culture and cuisine of Japan, Brazil and Peru canal-side.
For the new seasonal menu, I photographed their special holiday dishes. All dishes were designed and plated by Executive Chef Mark Vaessen (check out his Instagram here).
