The Good Word

Based in Austin, Preacher agency curates and publishes a yearly edition of The Good Word magazine to hand out for free at SXSW festival, featuring artworks from illustrators, designers, painters, poets and photographers. Since the founder moved to Amsterdam, they decided to publish an additional Dutch edition showcasing local artists from the Netherlands creative scene. Following their iconic church-inspired branding, the agency approaches art, design and branding with an almost religious dedication, including various beautifully designed branded objects to support the magazine launch. The event was exhibited at Oedipus Brewery, featuring an art exhibition, poetry & music performances and their own Preacher beer.

My project selected for their 2025 edition featured is Day | Night, a digital collage geometric exploration of maps, technology and invisible borders.
